These conditions apply to the services & sales provided and shall govern relations between the company & the customer.
The Order is an offer by you to enter a binding contract, which we are free to accept or decline at our absolute discretion.
These Terms shall become binding on you and us once we accept the contract.
Our quotations are in GBP Sterling.
Unless otherwise agreed the client shall provide all electricity 110v & 415v to be provided unless previously agreed. Water to provided as required to the specification of the works
Unless otherwise agreed the client shall provide suitable safety lighting.
Unless otherwise agreed the client shall provide Suitable welfare & messing facilities for the duration of the works.
Unless otherwise agreed the client shall provide suitable safe storage for the products to use & equipment. The area size required will be determined at pre contract.
The system applied shall be allowed to cure prior to any activity. This will be outlined in the programme & specification agreed.
Arena Flooring Ltd agree in these terms to carry out the works under the guidelines of the agreed specification, Industry standards, & any jointly agreed variations.
The payment terms are strictly 30% deposit, followed by full payment on the last working day following the month of invoice.
Monthly interim valuation payments will be made in the same way. Variations to this is to be agreed within the contract.
Late payments for whatever reason will be charged at 5% above Barclays bank lending rate.
Setting off in full or for any value against any Arena Flooring Ltd Invoices is not permitted unless previously agreed
Cancellation of the works will be charged at 40% after order placement & 60% during the contract.
These Terms shall be governed by English law and we both agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation), the following:
strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; or
civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; or
fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; or
impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
